The past kept coming are moment in your life when past occurrences
event that love to appear whenever you ought to forget and move on
with your life. Many things could make you still see and feel past

My name is
Linda , I am 24years of age, my parent divorced when I was 8yeaars old
. But before they separated, I would cry and beg my dad to stop
beating my mum, but he won't not listen. Many time I wrote on the wall
both in the kitchen and in the bathroom , doing this is to draw my
parent attention for them to listen to my cry and also trying to make
my voice heard in the house. These madness continue for a very long
time but not until my father beat my poor mum to death.
This was the worst day of my life having seeing
my dad killed my mum. So I couldn't concentrate on anything ever
since then. I grew up an habit of eating believing that that will
make me forget the past. Now am too fat and also afraid to be in a
relationship because whenever any person mention love to my hearing ,
the past keep ringing in my ear of the worst experience i encountered.
Please what is the way out of this?
Move on with life and forget pain of d past
